To make a brownie in a mug, you need:

4 T Flour
4 T Sugar
2 T Cocoa Powder
2 T Cooking Oil (any will work, but vegetable tends to do the best)
2 T Milk
A dash of salt

Optional:

Chocolate Syrup
1/8 Cup chocolate chips

Steps:

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a coffee mug. (You would add the chocolate chips as well, if you want them.)

Add the oil and milk, and stir well. Be sure to get the stuff on the bottom mixed in!

Place in microwave for a minute.

Take it out, drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired. Enjoy!

I will be adding more of my favorites later.
This sounds delicious.
It is, I just had one. ^_^
why exactly would you like it in a cup? wouldn't it be harder to clean?
Dunno. Easy to carry around. That's just how I found the recipe. I'm not sure how well it would work in a bowl..

Shit's as fast as Ramen and tastes awesome
Egg is the only way that differs from mine. Sounds more like cake than a brownie
My own recipe. (Not my favourite, but keeping with the brownies.)
Cupcakes (about 12)/Brownies.
•125g self-raising flour
•125g caster sugar
•125g butter
•2 eggs
•About 2 tablespoons milk

1.Preheat the oven to 200C.
2.Cream the butter and sugar, beat in the eggs one at a time with a little bit of flour.
3.Then fold in the rest of the flour and adding milk. (If making brownies mix in some coco powder, use whatever amount you want, it depends on your taste)
4.Fill the cupcake papers evenly with the mixture.
5.Put in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cupcakes are golden on top. Take the cupcakes and let them cool.
6.When cool, decorate.
Meh I'll scan in my fave tomarrow, can't find it online and Cba to type it.
Does it have to be a brownie?
lol no, it just seems everyone thinks it is. You can post any recipe you want.
Heres a recipe
I go camping a lot with friends and this is one of my favorite recipes. The only problem with it
[Image: CampersStroganoff.jpg]
The only problem with it is the way it gets cooked is had to halve the amount it makes, so you have to make sure you have enough people to eat it all, or you get left overs(and when camping, those suck).
Also this can be done in the oven, just use this chart for the conversions to temperature.(note temperatures are in Fahrenheit.)

That sounds pretty good. My mom makes a really good Hamburger Stroganoff over rice. I'll have to try that some time.
