increase the contrast in the sky and add a bright inner glow to the words is what i would suggest, it's cool though.

Either make meteors falling in the background, or add lightning. Or something like that.

I'm kind of tired of seeing the Clouds and Difference Clouds filters over-used on this forum.
You can make it work in you sig, however. Just lower the contrast of the cloud part, apply a Color Balance layer style to make it some kind of blue or red (VERY slightly, almost like it's being tinted) then apply a curves layer style to just the clouds. Make the curves really dark. Grab the Brightness and Contrast layer style: bring the contrast up a lot (maybe 55-65) then the brightness just enough so the clouds are slightly overpowering the rest of the image. Grab the curves again on just the clouds and bring it down a bit.
Now apply curves to the whole thing (bring it down, ofc) and a little brightness enhancement and you got a beastly sig.
