I answered ingame and in the shoutbox pie, yes, you will.
Any modification that gives an advantage in miming, pvp, movement, or any mod that gives an advantage over those using the vanilla client is illegal and a bannable offense. "I wasn't using it" is not an excuse.

if i am NOT useing it i have the same probidly as a member so?

Any modification on your minecraft client (even if its not in use) is illegal.

You forgot the sweet inocent voice they would put on when reading it alloud to themselfs. Also why would you want X-Ray on your client anyway. All it tells people is that you use it on other servers which is not all that good either. And you wouldn't use it in singleplayer really? Otherwise you a lazy fuck.

Gotta tell you this, asking about xray on the forums and then asking how to get caught makes it seem like you want to learn how to xray undetected.
