Depending on the structure size, I could let you build on my island. Inhabitants: Me. I will be adding more buildings though, so location will matter.

hmm i have a awsome area. there is flatland, and its 4000 blocks away from spawn (in the corner of server map almost), only i build there and ive never been griefed there (my place is there for about a month)
I have two places.
1) a snow biome with two occupants
2) a forest biome with no occupants

And I have an island with a forest biome and completeley uninhabited except for me...
There's a map button in the top right of the forum, I'm pretty sure you can find a place on that. It gives you coords too.
