4 new effects I've made, that are sort of simple, but cool nonetheless
1) flowing streaks (top left)
2) Radial smudge (top right)
3) rainbow line (middle, also seen in my signature)
4) not sure really what to call it (bottom middle)

anyways, if you like some of these effects, I suppose you can request them, (I can also do swirls around objects with the lines). I know this is still no comparison to zu's work, but I'm hoping to get there some day

if you tilt your head the top left corner kind of looks like cars driving and some1 took a picture. Prob look even better if you mess with teh colors...(and/or the yellow looks like street lights) you might want to use that in the future

Try not to use too many effects on the whole image, but rather on separate places on the image.

Well this was just a sample, not and actual piece of work, but I'll be sure to do that when I am making something other than a sample.

Nice work, Ciphon. The radial smudge is my favorite.
