Felswarm and I plan to recreate Yggdrasil from the norse mythology.

Let me explain it quickly:

Yggdrasil is the legendary tree of life, also known as the world tree.
It is so enormous that all existing worlds are clustered around it, either in its roots, at the stem or in the crown.

We plan to make this whole tree a giant, widely expanded city with several districts, representing the individual worlds.

Though we will not recreate all the worlds.
These are the worlds we have planned:

Midgard

Midgard is the world of the humans. It is located at the middle of Yggdrasil's log. A flat, disc-like world with medival houses, rivers, small farms and an ocean around it. In that ocean is the infamous Midgard snake. It sepperates Midgard from Jötunheim, the realm of the ice giants. There also is a rainbow bridge called Bifröst that leads all the way up to Asgard.

Asgard

This is the world of the gods. It is located in the crown of Yggdrasil. The landscape is cloudy, divine and very grand. Only the most elite live in Asgard and can enjoy the incredible view from the world tree's very top. The rainbow bridge Bifröst ends here and leads all the way down to Midgard.

Alfheim

The world of elves and fairies. A very natural world in the roots of Yggdrasil with vines, trees, tall grass, large mushrooms, glowstone and mossy cobblestone structures.

Niflheim

This is the world of the dead. A dark, creepy and unholy place in the roots of Yggdrasil, made of mycelium and obsidian, where the only source of light are redstone torches.

Jötunheim

The realm of the ice giants, located behind the ocean and the Midgard snake. It is an area of harsh coldth where most things are made of snow and ice.

Muspelheim

In contrast to Jötunheim, Muspelheim is the world of the fire giants. It is located in the roots of Yggdrasil and is mostly made of netherrack, netherbrick, lava and fire.

This project is massive.
And i mean MASSIVE!
