For quite a while now, I have been getting random lag spikes on my PC (I'll post stats when I get home) I rarely got over 40 FPS and the spikes wiol drop it to 1-2 fps for 30-40 seconds. This only happens with games, not videos. Any boosting software/hardware tips would be usefull. Thanks.

There are also some latency scripts out there (if you are on windows) that do some regedits to streamline packets =D
