Is anyone else having this problem?

I can log into the steam website just fine, I can also see that some people of my friendslist are online. There are also no problems with my internet connection as you can see.
I have no idea what's going on. I will contact the Steam Support if this is taking forever.
(No matter how much I love Steam, I equally hate it for it's flaws too)

I get the same shit, german server is messed up.

Get Hotspot Shield and log in Gyigas, you can turn it off afterwards.

Saw someone mentioning Hotspot Shield on the steam forums, tried it and it worked
