Well, it's producing pigs, a traditional farm produces foods, so why not a pig farm?
But it doesn't cause no rewards for camping mob spawners, you have been asking for ages how to evade this plugin and still failed to accomplish it.
No, just wait for a pig to go far away enough from the spawner and kill it.

That's a lot of work for little gain, besides then you still have to cook the meat for it to be worth while.
