>Middle School graduation
My sister got over $2000 from her highschool graduation. So many $100 bills...
I don't get shit for middle-school graduation, maybe I'll get a little shit for high-school.

I just have a TV for speakers and a screen in my basement. It's pretty small, but with an HDMI cable, the sound quality is excellent and it's in HD. Also, laptop mic from 3 ft away works fine for me.

Total price: 5$ for the cable

There's something about headphones I just despise...

If you don't mind better quality, surround sound, and being able to talk to your friends as well as listening to music or in game sounds at the same time

I just get that from the TV >_>

Can u ghetto blast music at like 100 decibels?(Or whatever 'Extremely loud' classifies as)

The cool thing is: the speakers come with the TV *gasp*

I use a Microsoft MX2000, their cheap, and honestly, do everything I need them to Tongue
(That, and these don't break a ton)

Well, only if their cheap, I might buy em. So my bro doesn't get sick of me blasting American Pie.

Might get the astro a40 over audio-technicas and modify my desk or chair for the mix amp...
The headset seems great and suitable for both MP3 and PC gaming (hence it being the official headset of MLG)

EDIT: Here are my ideas...either go with the Astro A40s or, get a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-M50s with either a Blue Yeti or Audio-Technica AT2020 USB microphone. The problem is, that the USB mic + the headphones will be more expensive and take up more room on my desk (it's small to start out with)
Let me know what u guys think
