Deathsplat, me_nakamura, darkxephos and I made a town named Cilffside, it soon prosepered into a boom town of sorts, running out of it's initial land after only 2 days. Now we are one of the few cities on the new map.
Our plots are cheap, we have no limit on what you can build with, and we have plenty of room!

PLOT PRICING!!
Completeley dependant on plot and height.
0-5 blocks = 100% of base price
6-10 blocks = 150% base price
10+ blocks = 200% of base price


Rules
1.Any building taller than it's limit will be subject to being tron to the proper level, and no more.
2.Greif WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, should you greif, it will be grounds for IMMEDIATE eviction.
3.Building on land you do not own will have your structure destroyed, and you will risk being kicked out of town.
4.Do not build in or immediatly around the town, the offending sturcture(s) will be torn down.
5.Don't build fail-sturctures (floating cobble islands for example)
6.Mining is allowed, but do not purposley dig into other people's basements.
7.Do not collect resources from the town. If you want wood you may collect it from the forest outside of town, but replant a tree where you felled the old one.
8.The staff of the town will place sign posts with the owner of the plot and the height. Destruction of the sign will mark your plot as unowned, and unless you can answer (i.e. happen to be on at the time) to who owns the house, it will be demolished, outright. 8-1.Modification of said sign will get you the risk of being kicked out.
9.Upon the decision of eviction a sign will be posted on your plot saying you have 'x' days to leave. Failure to comply will have your buiding torn down.
10.It should be noted that destruction of ANYTHING in town without express permision from the owner is greif, so don't do it.
11.Planting trees outside of your plot or designated area, as this is greifing.
12.Please don't build eyesore buildings. (Cobblestone masses, dirt masses, etc.)
Multiple rule violations will have you either kicked out in accordance to rule 9 or immediatly.

I just quickly wanted to let you know that there are tons of grammar mistakes in your rules. You might want to fix them since it makes understanding the rules better.

If anyone would like to reserve a plot for in the future, when the town grows but you don't have time, just tell us in the game, and ask us to reserve you a plot, or just PM me. If anyone has any further questions on the rules in the town, PM us until Town Hall is finished.

Wow new cliffside is no where near as good as original cliffside why didnt you sell it to Jarvisd when you had the chance.

Its funny because I have better mountains all to myself in my zone than i could ever hope to see in Cliffside xD

SPGiygas, not to be mean, but why are you being off topic on this thread? This is about my awesome city, New Cliffside, not Acheron. F.Y.I killerdonkey, I know that Old Cliffside was better, that's why we are slowly building it up again to be even bigger than last time! And we have done so much for the city, that we could only sell it to Jarvisd for maybe... 100,000 gil. That is Deathsplat, The_Music_Man, zappamax14, and my decision together, not yours.
