1.Place two tools next to each other in a Crafting box, there should be a new unused or slightly fixed tool in the "output" box.
Also I think you can use Ingots/Diamond or whatever kind of tool it is in replace of the 2nd tool that your "fixing" your original tool with.
2.You can /cprivate but no there is no other way.
3.Spawn plots very in price from size PM Orcworm. But I warn you, they are expensive.
Plot prices are also listed in the spawn, if you would have a look around.
You may use /lwc mode persist, and then type /cprivate and it will do /cprivate every time you hit something. When you are doing locked repeat the command /lwc mode persist.
Most plots in spawn are VERY expensive, even though they're a tad bit small.
