VIP don't have /me. I think you need to donate for it seperately.

It was removed last map since a lot of people used it to spam and over used it. It really is not needed, and talking in the 3rd person is weird.
Lolyounoob1 talks in third person with certain people. These people become freaked out and it makes Lolyou laugh.
