So I set some track down on cobblestone. Then I placed a minecart on it and tapped the direction I wanted to go. It went forward. then stopped. Then I started taking damage. Then I died and lost 22lvl exp. then I respawned. And now I'm taking damage unless I'm jumping. Soooo ya. Help. I tried logging in and out, and it didn't solve anything.
