Cowithead and I (Koalajo) will be selling our surface ravine "house" that many of you have seen. It is completely finished in spruce wood, jungle wood, and stone. We will include in the house:

• Animal farm space (No animals or spawners)
  
• Farms (With crops). Wheat farm is automatic
  
• Chest room (No chests or items included)
  
• Walkways and stairways to upper levels
  
• Enchanting room (No books or table)
  
• Mob spawner (No spawners)
  

As of right now, there is no bedroom/library/livingroom space, only areas that have function. Most/All of the caves in the area have been explored. However, the ravine is very large and could be either used for a very very large house or a town. The ravine is up to market right now for around 5 grand (Price changes available), however we will not be moving out until we find a suitable location for our second residence. The signature of the waypoint is 4 spruce logs if you want to see it for yourself, or here are some screenshots:
