Doubt it, he'll just update when nobody is paying attention and no one will have a clue.
Can we not just update those 2 and then update Nethrar when it's updated ...
Update to bukkit RB -> nethrar wont work -> spawn nether portal wont work -> nubz Q.Q about how they cant get to the nether.
I think its best if we just wait for nethrar to be updated. Its bound to be only a few days anyway.
