Apparently I have a "Warning Level" Of 40%
What is warning level and why do I have it?
It shows how many cancerous threads you've posted.
Cancerous? As in they became spam?

100% is an autoban, have fun with that.
I don't know what 100% actually does, but I assume I can set it somehow.

So... Is there any way to remove that Warning?

They can expire, although I'm pretty sure we all set them to never do that.
Meh. They should have a 1-2 month expire date. But that date resets if theres another offence.

I try to be nice towards everyone xephos although I never see you on the server... Also my warning level is at 40% too.
is there any ways of lowering the level
