Quick few notifications and what not (staff feel free to edit this):

Donator powers are not transfered here.
There is to be no use of unfair clients that would be classified as "cheating".
You shouldn't claim land right outside the spawn (Orc'll have to confirm this, i just remember this from last map).

Griefing IS allowed

As grintendo said, these sections of the rules apply:

Today is a sad day. I managed to find my house and loose it 3 more times. Then I found diamonds. I went to store them and got butt fucked by a creeper. Instant rage quit.

It is a PvP server they can kill you outside spawn all they want. Also the safezone was extended a bit so it is harder to camp spawn. It really isn't nice though to camp spawn, since new players have nothing on them and you killing them to 'train your sword level' is just mean.
