Color Chat Can Only be used by 15£ Donator+

First off, I want to show all the colors and what they can be used for.
&0 = Black
&1 = Blue
&2 = Green
&3 = Green Blue
&4 = Red [Admin]
&5 = Indigo
&6 = Orange [Owner]
&7 = Light Grey
&8 = Dark Grey
&9 = Blue Purple
&a = Light green
&b = Cyan[ [Mod]
&c = Light red [MCBans]
&d = Violet[Server]
&e = Yellow
&f = White
Second, To make them you must use the format of the above list (&(Letter/Number)
Total Colors: 16
Colors not shown on the list are because they were not provided from the Color Box.

Except on signs its # and I'm pretty sure everyone knew that already

Yep. I found that out not too long ago It's actually the same as in-chat color commands now.

Nothing is in the middle anymore... I have to add a space at the beginning of signs :/

I definitely have Minecraft OCD, can't have any buildings that aren't evenly spaced or have odd shaped walls xD
