i have a question... how do you become a staff member because if possible in the future i would like to become a staff member if possible.
The admins will pick you if they feel that you are qualified for the job. One thing that would help you is that if you ask they don't tend to choose you. You have to show that you are responsible over time. Also you don't want to do anything stupid like me... I was banned for X-Ray which definitely drops your chance of becoming part of the staff. Stupid stuff also includes not getting banned for griefing or donator abuse etc.

Thats probably not everything they look for but I would imagine one of them would be willing to explain the criteria or standards that must be met for them to even consider it.

1. Don't type like a handicapped monkey
2. Make sense
3. Don't be a douche to people (griefers excluded)
4. Have an accurate interpretation of the rules
5. No major previous bans (i.e. global bans)
6. Easy to converse with
7. Have respect for the Owner and Staff, but not be an annoying ass kisser that worships them
8. Be able to hold a decent conversation about various things
9. Be funny as shit (it would help)
10. Don't go by these things I said (Gotcha' there)

Just be trusted by all (or all but a couple) and Orcworm. That's the most important thing.

and I have found that if they are working on something they tend to have more stuff on them, making killing them all the more worth while.
