And yes, Tools do not lose enchantments when dropped using Q, if another player picks them up, it will still have the enchantment! (I tested this with someone else on the server).

When faced with the threat of losing my Unbreakable II iron spade's enchantment, I thought to myself 'what would orcworm do' and decided it was best for the good of the server to test it.

Also, I wanted to test if it worked so i could buy this pickaxe xD

400gil is too much for me though...

Items don't keep their enchantment when dropped and picked up by other players. :/

Are you sure about that? I toss my diamond swords and picks to other people all the time and it works for them, as well as me once they return it.

Ah yes I remember it now chaz. Maybe we should try that again and I will record it as a proof. Because of what I see, some people seem not to believe me.


So lemme repeat myself:
Enchantments stay if you drop them using the Q key! If another player picks it up, it will still have the enchantment, too!

Just don't die with them... that gets rid of the enchant

I learnt that the hard way Str Why Sasha, why!!!! SHe was too young :(

The enchantment stays on the weapon as long as you don't die with it, its best to press Q right before your gonna die so you get to find it again with the enchantment.

Or a diamond sword with fire aspect, willing to pay up to 700gil (I can get that) Or trade for more diamond tools/weapons or potions.

I'm working on another Diamond Pickaxe (I'm level 28 right now), maybe it will have silk touch this time. I'll let you know.

But if it will have Fortune I won't sell it.
