if it wasnt a self benifit project then i'm sure we could be granted some zones plus if the towns were each like 100x100 and the arena (if we want it to be good) would be over 150x150...
Hmmm I guess we could still have mayors but not sell plots. I don't know I don't want grifters but I don't have enough money for a donation that big.
