Plots are 50 gil each.
You can buy 2 plots, and to connect them you must pay 10 extra gil. The only way to connect them is to build a small tunnel underground.

Rules
NO FANCY (pretty) BLOCKS.
No Torches outside of the houses. (Except on top of)
You may build anywhere in your plot, and dig down as long as it is in your plot. Nothing on the streets and only signs, trapdoors and redstone torches are allowed on the outside walls of the plot. You may only connect 2 plots at a time.
Please refrain from killing mobs (other than cows) in other peoples' plots. They might have them there for entertainment purposes.
