is it illigal if someone buys a plot in ur town and then they disobey the rules and take there house down do u have to refund them when they abide by the rules???? i need to know because i dont want to get banned for something this stupid.....

unless you say there are refunds on the plots, I don't think it's illegal at all. So long as YOU aren't the one that is tearing down their house.

Yeh if you tear down their house for one of your rules you just need to give them the stuff back, not the money they paid for the lot iirc.
