Paying 5K Gil for a Building - GoDjMike - 04-01-2012
Currently, West Spawn is turning into the ugliest piece of shit I've ever seen, and the only thing I do on this server anymore is clean it up because of the complaints and people I see leave the server after seeing what a mess it is. So I'll be spending my own gil for a few people to build decent looking building in West Spawn. As long as it looks good to me and others, it will be zoned and it will stay. If it looks like shit, it's going to be removed. First come, first serve. I'll need some decent sized ones, and I'm going to limit the count of buildings per person to 1 so we can have some different styles. I'll need about 3 to 4 people. Talk to me in-game, or leave a post here if you're interested.

This is in no way finished at all, but the base is done and its on a small island, so you would have to make a rune to have people visit it.

Its obv not worth 5k gil, probably somewhere around 1-2.
But if you get somone to finish it, since the base is done, it could be netherack themed, with tons of rooms, ect. I was trying to copy it off my castle in singleplayer, my singleplayer one has tons of hallways, a museum, 80~ rooms, a large inside farm. But I gave up so I guess i'll just sell it, starting bid is 1k.

Well, I'm not just looking for a forest to mask the rest of the mud huts, but looking for some builds to make it look amazing. I think we should want to impress people, first impressions do matter after all. And even if the spawn is amazing, the outside should at least compete with it a little bit.

I can help with making a medival houses, but i suggest you to ask Eroennenberg. His builds are masterpieces.

I'm going off of first come first serve, so the 4 main spots are taken up. But, I'll clear some more land later so we can get a few more built up.
