Well I tried to log in to minecraft and it said 'user account migrated. Use email as username' So I went to minecraft.net logged in and it said Somone else used my account and I need to change my email and password. I changed them and now I have to log in with my email.
So can anyone tell me why this happened?

Probably not, you probably logged in to minecraft.net or the mojang thingamy which upgrades your account.
Basically your minecraft account is now a mojang account and can be used on all of their 1 games.
I did it a while back because its more secure ;)

That thread is a gigantic clusterfuck of fail, Mojang really dropped the ball with the account migration.
