Desertvalle 2 - Marzu27 - 12-21-2011

Dersertvalle is being rebuilt
town hall and shopping mall are done
will eventually have farms of all kinds public mine and i will pay Orc 2500 Gilles for a nether portal. It will be zoned
Owner= me
Co-owners(more like vice-owners)= rage and bubba.
Plots are 10x10 for 100
15x15 for 250
20 x20 for 400
25x25 for 500
you won't get lost in this town( easy to follow paths and lots of public buildings
screenshots will come when town is finished and lazy co-owner get off there buts and take some(jks)

You realise 10x10=100 so 100 gil per plot is 1gil per block. But then 15x15=225 so 250 gil per plot which is Greater than 1gil per plot (cba with maths).
Then 20x20=400 for plot price 400 so thats back to 1gil per block, and finally 25x25=625 per plot which means with a plot price of 500 gil per plot =less than 1gil per plot.
You need to sort out the system.

If you want to have more people coming to your town, make the plot pricing 0.5 gil a block. Mine is priced that way, and I make all kinds of money. Also, because your town is in a desert(hence the name) people will be less likely to buy a plot.

sorry for delay, i took a skyrim vacation :3

work on desertvalle is now starting again!
plot office is soon to be finished wich means city will soon aceept citazens
