No. As far as I know it hasn't been used any where big or well known. The title of that video is a little off though. It should be, "Faerie's Aire and Death Waltz" by John Stump. When it was written it was done so as more of a joke because it is mostly non-sensicle. But as with the Internet any time you make something as a joke because it is so rediculous and hard, someone will learn it and do it.
But yes I do agree it has some familiar themes to it.
