World guard... I've been trying to help guheye with the strange issue we've been having, but if anyone else knows:
We are zoning a region, but even with the building flag denied, non-ops can still build in the region, and they aren't members or owners of the zone. Also, other flags arent working either, but world guard DOES recognize the region, does anyone know what's happening?

If you set up a region and turn the build flag off, it's actually doing the opposite Ciphon.

It allowed people to build before I set the flag too, so I tried adding it
