World Transfer

Plz help I need to transfer my single player world to my new lap top from my windows vista. Plz reply also I did nuthing to get band from the server(Matthew12498)

and to get your Mc world files, go into the start menu and type %appdata%in search. Go inot .minecraft, then saves and get your world.
