Wrtie protection on a USB

Yeah, my USb got write protected, and I honestly can't figure out how to fix it. I've tried the reg-editing, but it murdered the laptop I did it on (good thing about that). and I can't open it; it has (by my count) 3 cases, also, I don't have bitlocker, any help?
