Appeal for Exiii to be forbidden to enter my house

Just today i was experiencing connection problems and my house had been slightly griefed (a wall was left open) and before i was disconnected I saw Exiii outside. When I rejoined I was dead and I had lost a bunch of good items. I tried explaining to Exiii that he wouldn't have been able to get in if the wall wasn't missing, then he tried to sell me back a mob spawner that I had lost. I request my stuff back or that Exiii ins't allowed in my house full stop.

I'm so tired of people whining about death. If you dont want to die, dont play a pvp server/wear armor/etc. However. If HE griefed, it was not legit.

Well, if exiii did use a grief to his pvp advantage to access a place where he wouldn't normally be allowed to go, he is in violation of the law, but epicfrazz, can you supply such evidence that he indeed killed you through a griefed wall? Or can a staff check the coords of the death maybe?

That is correct. This is a PVP Server. I don't believe you have read the rules yet, sir. In the rules it clearly states you can kill whoever, whenever, and wherever, so long as you don't grief, glitch, hack, or use Donator+ powers to get to that person.

If he killed him inside the guys house which is inaccessible other than a unfixed grief, then this kill is illegal and items will be returned.

I actually have nothing against Exiiii, I was attempting to point out that everyone else seems to have an issue with him. If anything, I kinda like the guy, he let me ride him whilst he was pvping xD was epic (he didn't really let me but was still epic)
